Frost Departing GlobeCast America
After three years of leading GlobeCast America, CEO Mary Frost has moved on to pursue personal projects, the company said in a statement released Monday.
As part of the transition, Frost will remain on the board of GlobeCast America until January and will serve as a key advisor. GlobeCast Chairman and CEO Christian Pinon will become acting interim CEO for the American unit.
A new CEO for GlobeCast America will be announced later in the year, the company said.
Frost first served as GlobeCast America's senior vice president of sales and later as its CEO, Frost's recent accomplishments include the upgrade of HD infrastructure on a nationwide basis and the opening of a shared facility for playout, origination and uplink, co-located with HBO Latin America in Sunrise, Fla.
