Sorry it is a old story. To be exact, when Regan (US presindent and Begin Yisraeli Prime minister) were in the office.

Begin visited Regan in the white house and saw three phones on the Regan's desk. First was Platinum phone, second was Red phone and third was white phone. Begin asked Regan about these phones. Regan said white is regular phone to call every where, Red one is a direct line to Moscow and the third one is a most expensive direct line to God.

Sometime later Regan visited Begin in the Yerushalayim (Jerusalem) and saw three phones and inquired about them. Begin said Red is direct line to Moscow, white phone is for everywhere and Platinum phone is a direct line to God. Regan said how can you offered such a expensive line? Begin said it is a LOCAL phone call.
