Help Please!!!

Hello Members,

I'm new to this while FTA era. I love it, but seem I never service. I've oaded the filed properly, but every time I load the updated file, I keep getting a message that it's the "wrong version, please check your model." What am I doing wrong? Can anyone please help me?

Make Sure You Unzip The File Before You Load It...it Happens When People Forget To Unzip ....
Also
Sometimes We Do Get Files That Say Unknow Version But If You Go To The Receiver Information It Should Say The New File Number And Date On It.
