Hot Apple Pie

Actually it's not what you're thinking....this is actually a beverage and quite good in moderation
1 gallon of Apple Cidar
1 1/2 gallons of Apple Juice
3 cups sugar
5 cinnamon sticks
Bring this mixture to a raging boil then lower heat and let simmer for 20 minutes. Cool completely and add a fifth of Everclear or your favorite grain alcohol. I use Everclear 151 proof but 190 proof can be used as well. Store in jars in the fridge or drink it right after mixing. Some prefer to leave it sit 30 days. My batches never seem to make it that long lol.
