How can you make a person look younger in Photoshop?

I want to know how you can make a person who is old look younger with the Photoshop program. This photo that I have is a black and white photo. So the purpose of me doing this is to try and see how the person might have looked at a younger age. If you have any tips, step by step guides, or websites about this topic then please feel free to tell me. I find this hard to do. I know you need to erase dark spots, burn out wrinkles ect..Perhaps you can find something at http://gfxforums.net
