HP 6310 Printer will start warm-up process then quit and blink with error 'reset power'?

None of the fixes found online help. There are others that have this similar problem and it seems to be associated with where the ink cartridges stop each time (for some reason)

Turn off the printer. Unplug the usb if it is usb. Install the software and following the instructions. This might fix your problem. It could just be your drivers.
