Hunt on for 3 escaped murderers
KINGMAN, Ariz., Police were searching Saturday for three convicted murderers who escaped from a Kingman, Ariz., prison, officials said.
The three disappeared from a medium security facility Friday night, CNN reported. The Arizona Department of Corrections and the Flagstaff Police said the three should be considered to be armed and dangerous.
All three were serving 15 years to life for murder, CNN said.
Early Saturday, the suspects allegedly abducted two people at gunpoint and then released them at a local truck stop in the Kingman area, Flagstaff, Ariz., police said.
The three are white and were identified as Tracy Province, 42, 6 feet 1 inches tall and 184 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes; Daniel Renwick, 36, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 190 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes, and John McClusky, 45, 6 feet 1 inches tall and 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
Police said a woman who allegedly helped them escape, Casslyn Mae Welch, 43, is believed to be with them.
