If you were to chose between AMD or intel which one would you chose?

I am planning to buy a notebook but i can not decide which processor would be better AMD 64X2 2.4 GHZ or Intel 2 Duo Processor T7500 2.20 GHz.

Typically it is a preference thing, those 2 cpu's are very close, so I would look at the other features for the price you are paying. Take note of the system memory, that can make a performance difference for 2 cpu's that close....more the better.

Intel all the way,they are benching better in everything,AMD is really just the low budget but still qualityI myself prefer AMD but AMD is more for gaming and Intel for processing.

Intel all the way!I know a lot of people use AMD's for gaming computers, but Intel seems to handle multi-tasking a lot better especially with big programs.

well it depends. AMD processors are mainly for gaming and other shyt like that. If ur planning to use it for super mutitasking then i'd suggest the 2 Duo processor. Ur getting 2 processors so it will run faster and it wont slow down if u have like 50 power points running at the same time.

I swore my loyalty to Intel and Ati, unfortunatly it was bought by AMD, but anyway, its a point of view, Intel proccessors are compatible with a lot of high end gaming Motherboards, so i will say Intel Core Duo T7500 2.20 GHZ

AMD is top noch in gaming and processing lots of high stuff while ur intel is for ur basic media movies internet and other student if ur a gamer go in for AMD or if ur just multitasking normal programs its a intel for u

The Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 is MUCH better. It has better performance ratings, better power saving ratings, and is just a better overall processor than the AMD.Go with the Intel Core 2 Duo.
