ihub to convert to svlan

i had svlan in ihub , also i check is 4.8 is a lan now . i installed sv800hd -svlanhd11, i reboot , i reset the ip. and i trying to conect public what else that i need to do it. thanks.

Hey zaratoga welcome to the site,, I do beleave the servers are down,, I know CXN is down I beleave they do run on the same server,, I could be wrong, not 100%,, 99% sure so sit tight untell they come back,,
