I'm having a problem with starting levels on Modern warfare 2 PC?

So,I got MW2 a while ago,and it seems to have been working quite well,I got to the last level in act 2,then saved the game and quit,the next day I came on,I couldn't start any of the levels,not even the special ops missions! I've tried Continue game,Mission Select,etc.It just freezes up when I click them,Any ideas? I also have Windows 7 ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics card,if that helps.

could of been something that cod4 wanted u to install and then u turn it on the next day, and yeah or something u installed and messed up settings or something, and PPL WHO COMMENT ON THESE THINGS SAYING GET A LIFE STFU OMG U PUSSY..Hope i helped.
