internatinoals on ilink plus

Hi guys i am seeing willow tv (cricket) on the i link spreed sheet
but i an not getting it when i scan Tp in,it is channel 582.
on 118.7 internatinoals,can any one shed some light on this matter.

The channels available are in a constant flux-------the spread sheet is not always accurate.
