Is it possible for me to install Windows 7 on my laptop w/o having to worry about drivers?

Currently, I have an HP DV6700t. I bought it about 1 year ago. It is currently running Windows Vista 64-bit. I was thinking about upgrading to Windows 7. What I want to know is, will there be any driver issues? Or has HP already come out with drivers for windows 7? Thanks in advance.

on my old computer form the beggining of 2006 it installed allt eh drivers fine except for the audio driverso i would say yesbut for a laptop no becasue your mouse will work but if you tryed to scroll wiht it it wouldnt work without the driver which YOU, CAN download from HP
