KANSAS CITY, Missouri - The oldest haunted house in Kansas City, and one of the most popular, is now home to the world’s largest snake.

Sally, a 300-pound, 24-foot python, is expected to be certified soon by the Guiness Book of World Records as the world’s biggest snake, with the old record-holder recently dying.

Sally is making appearances this year at the Edge of Hell , a five-story converted warehouse that offers a quarter mile walk through a range of spooky scenes.

Forty-five trained actors play the roles of goblins and devils.

The tour lasts about 30 minutes.

According to an Edge of Hell spokesperson, the attraction has become so famous, it's now one of the stops for a European tour group.

The Edge of Hell opens at 7:30 p.m. Friday and 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Tickets run from $27 and up.

I talked with Sally's trainer about what she eats and how he keeps her calm in an unusual environment. Click on the attached media player to hear what he had to say.
