Lady Gaga dominates Lollapalooza

CHICAGO, Lady Gaga wowed the Lollapalooza crowd in Chicago's Grant Park with the help of a $150,000 stage set and 18 trucks, including one exclusively for her wardrobe.

Gaga's star power at the music festival Friday pulled the vast majority of the 80,000-strong crowd away from the Strokes, the event's other headliner, the Chicago Sun-Times reported Saturday.

Gaga's two-hour performance was a "highly scripted, bewildering, bedazzled psychological drama" straight out of Broadway, the Sun-Times said.

With a costume change for nearly every number, Gaga powered through a set of her greatest hits, including "Dance in the Dark," "Just Dance," "Love Game," "Poker Face" and "Bad Romance."

"What I really hate -- I hate money," Gaga screamed between songs. "I don't want your money, I want your soul! I don't care who you are or what you believe, all I care about is what you think of me," the pop star said.
