OAKFIELD, N.Y. - A man in Genesee County just may be the luckiest person in western New York.

We'd be happy just winning the lottery once in our lifetime. But imagine hitting it big twice in less than two years!

64-year-old Randy Bennett did just that. The New York State Lottery presented him with his $1 million prize Thursday afternoon at the Wilson Farms on South Main Street in Oakfield. That's where he bought his scratch-off ticket for the lottery's $500 million Extravaganza game. And get this: just about 18 months ago, Randy won $25,000 playing another lottery game.
