Derrek Lee drove in three runs with a double and Starlin Castro went 3-for-4 with an RBI for the Cubs, who took three of four from the Phillies.
Chicago got to Halladay (10- 8) for six runs (five earned) on seven hits in six innings. The right-hander had given up just one run in 18 innings in his previous two starts.
Tom Gorzelanny (5-5) gave up three runs (two earned) on five hits and five walks in 6 2/3 innings to get the win.
