MLB: Los Angeles Angels 9, Seattle 4
SEATTLE, (UPI) -- Mike Napoli went 4-for-5 and bashed a tie-breaking, two-run homer in the seventh inning Sunday, sending the Los Angeles Angels to a 9-4 win over Seattle.

With the score tied 4-4, Shawn Kelley (3-1) relieved Seattle starter Jason Vargas and surrendered a one-out single to Hideki Matsui. Napoli then stepped to the plate and lofted a deep fly that barely cleared the right field wall, putting Los Angeles up for good.

Napoli also collected three singles and scored three times and Erick Aybar doubled among his four hits to pace the Angels, who swept a three-game set against the Mariners and won for the seventh time in eight games.

Joel Pineiro (4-6) got the victory after yielding four runs on nine hits over six innings.

Ichiro Suzuki, Jose Lopez and Jack Wilson each had two hits and an RBI for Seattle.
