My images will not download from my camera to my pc.?

I have Canon SX100 and my sister rebooted our computer and now my pictures from my camera will not download to my computer. Help? I re downloaded the imaging software program and I still can't download the images to my pc. What should I do. I usually never have this problem because I have windows xp, and the images just come up once I connect my cam to my pc, but nothing seems to work!!!!

Actually you are UPloading from the camera to the pc.Did you re-install the software that came with the camera?.
