SAN ANTONIO, (UPI) -- Steve Nash scored 20 points Sunday, sparking the Phoenix Suns to a 107-101 win over San Antonio and a sweep of their Western Conference semifinal series.

Nash got 10 of his points in the decisive fourth quarter despite barely being able to see through a stitched-up right eye.

Amare Stoudemire, meanwhile, pumped in 29 points, boosting the Suns to the Western Conference finals for the first time since 2006.

There Phoenix will face either the Los Angeles Lakers or Utah Jazz. The top-seeded and defending NBA champion Lakers are up 3-0 in their series and could finish a sweep of the Jazz Monday.

Nash received six stitches after taking an inadvertent elbow from the Spurs' Tim Duncan in the third quarter. The Suns point guard returned to the bench with 1:46 left in the period and started the fourth quarter.

San Antonio was led by Tony Parker with 22 points, while Duncan chipped in with 17 points and eight rebounds in the defeat.
