[General Question?] need help to setup coolsat 7100

Hello
I am new to this forum & new to coolsat box that i just purchased. I need help on step by step instruction how to set this up. I downloaded COOLSAT7000-LOADER & CS7100-factory-v111 & followed instructions but still does not do anything. please someone help.
