Fixed bug , on start blackrock will not pick the right socks type until you choose between socks4 or 5, even thought socks4 is select.

3-Ability to save your setting.
4-Auto Start.
This is a proxy bridge so that when using IKS your IP address is not out in the open for anyone to see.
