No U.K. dates planned for 'Glee' tour
LONDON, (UPI) -- There are no plans for the "Glee" stage tour to perform in the United Kingdom, the BBC said Tuesday.
Featuring the cast from the popular music-themed Fox Network television drama
, the "Glee" stage show recently wrapped a successful, seven-date U.S. tour.
"We would like to do shows in (England) and Ireland, but it is a question of when we could do it," the show's producer, Dante Di Loreto, told the music industry trade newspaper Music Week. "We need to make more of the TV show, that comes first. We had a terrific time with the live concert and I am sure we would like to do more of that ... . The problem is finding the time to do it."
The show recently wrapped its first season. Two additional seasons have been ordered.
