Official Statement from Limesat


Limesat would like to take this opportunity to thank all it's loyal customers and supporters, both current and future, for their continued support, and to assure them that we are here for the long term, and we are not going anywhere. Also, we would like to confirm that we will stand behind our warranty 100%, on all units without third party software installed. We are aware of the issues currently affecting our units and we want everyone to rest assured that correcting these issues is our number one priority. We are working non-stop to find the cause of these problems so that we may solve them as soon as possible, and we ask of you, only that you please remain patient with us. The proper functioning of our units, and our customer satisfaction, is our main concern, and this is the goal we are constantly striving for.

Limesat has several new models with some very exciting features, being tested at this time, and planned for release in the very near future, but these units will not be released until we resolve all the issues with the current Ultra. We sincerely hope this will allay any fears people may have about the future of Limesat, and as you can see, it is in our interest as well, to resolve these issues as quickly as possible, so we can get on with the business of providing you, our valued customers, with the finest FTA products available on the market today, and in the future.

Also, as this the official Limesat statement pertaining to this subject, we would kindly ask that all forum moderators remove all previous posts either speculating on, or claiming to be from Limesat reps regarding this topic.
