Oprah hands out checks, iPads to O staff
NEW YORK, (UPI) -- Media mogul Oprah Winfrey handed out $10,000 checks and iPads to staffers at O: The Oprah Magazine in New York this week, Advertising Age reported.
Winfrey visited Hearst headquarters Tuesday to celebrate the magazine's 10th anniversary.
"These were personal gifts to the staff from Oprah to thank them for their hard work and dedication to the magazine," a Hearst spokeswoman told Advertising Age.
