Peel Regional Police have issued Canada-wide warrants for two men wanted in connection with the beating death of a 19-year-old man outside a Mississauga restaurant earlier this week.

Nitish Khanna, of Toronto, died June 20 outside the Tasty Bite Restaurant, on Torbram Road near Derry Road East. Police said they found a man at the scene suffering from obvious signs of trauma.

Though police would not say what the cause of death was, there were media reports Khanna was beaten with a golf club.

Police said at the time they were searching for five or six men in connection with the incident and said they may have been travelling in a light-coloured four-door sedan.

Canada wide warrants for second degree murder have been issued for:

Manmeet Kang, 20, of Toronto. He is described as a South Asian male with a thin build and short black hair.
Manjeet Singh, 19, of Toronto. He is described as a South Asian male with a medium build and short black hair.

Police believe both suspects may have fled to India.

Earlier this week, police arrested Harsimran Singh Bal, 19, of Brampton, and charged him with one count of second degree murder. He appeared in a Brampton court on June 22.

Daljinder Sidhu, 24, of Toronto, was also arrested and charged with second degree murder. He appeared in court on June 24.

"The Peel Regional Police Homicide bureau believes that all suspects allegedly responsible for the homicide of Nitish Khanna have been arrested, or are subject to a Canada-wide warrant," police said in a release.

It was the area's 10th homicide of the year.
