Peel police arrest 6 in youth's homicide

<div>Peel Regional Police said Thursday they arrested six people in connection with the killing of a 17-year-old earlier this year.

Shadi Taleb was killed and his mother badly injured when they were attacked outside of their Mississauga home on Full Moon Circle near Eglinton Avenue and Highway 403 in late January.

The following have been charged with second degree murder:

Shawn Cargioloi, 20, of Toronto;
Walid Omar, 18, of Toronto;
Kendall Kamal, 19, of Toronto, and;
Famien Stephan Morrison, 23, of Toronto.

A warrant for the arrest of a fifth suspect, a 17-year-old male, has been issued, but cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Mathew Smith, 18, of Mississauga, and Terrelle Turney, 19, of Mississauga were also arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and obstructing police.
