premiere 420 file bad?

I have been at this 420 file for several days now with no luck. Just to be clear, here is what I have done and my settings. Is anyone else getting this file to work?

Factory reset
system clean
load 420
scan
check hub for 2.2
all good

PS no
DHCP
ip match wiz and router
subnet good
dns yes
retry 12

I am used to helping others. I know my system really well. I think the file for the Premiere is bad. Could someone confirm. I have seen the elite and 8000 working. I also have 2 WM hubs and neither works Thanks for any input.

So, I'm guessing no one has this working? I didn't think it was me.

Hey "dells" I check that file and found that you would have to use I-Hub v2.2,,it is required with this Bin,,
I posted an update thread and sticky,, along with a new copy of the file,,

Thanks for the reply, I am using 2.2 and nothing is working. I am now being told it's their end.

I just went through the same thing with the cnx,,,
