'Black Widow' dies in Georgia prison

ATLANTA, -- Lynn Turner, a woman police dubbed the Black Widow for killing her husband and boyfriend with antifreeze, died in a Georgia prison Monday, officials said.
WSB-TV, Atlanta, reported it had confirmed Turner, 42, was found unresponsive in her cell at Metro State Prison at 6:55 a.m. EDT.
Prison medical staff and emergency medical service personnel were unable to revive her, state Corrections Department officials told WSB.
It had not been determined how Turner, a former emergency dispatcher, died.
Turner was serving life in prison without the chance of parole following her 2007 conviction for the 2001 poisoning death off her boyfriend, Randy Thompson -- a Forsyth County firefighter who was the father of her two children -- and a 2004 conviction for the 1995 death of her husband, Cobb County Police Department Officer Glenn Turner.
