Sims 2 custom content for Windows Vista?

I know that getting/downloading custom content for Windows Vista was a problem before.Have they fixed it yet? If so, is it just like downloading custom content for an XP?Or do you have to do something different?

I have not heard that custom content is/was a problem with Vista. Yes, it is just the same as XP except for the exact location of the Downloads folder which for Vista users is here: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads\ .
