Sirius XM Begins Forming Executive Group
Last week, Sirius XM Radio CEO Mel Karmazin began to put together his executive group, a move that followed the company's merger with XM Satellite Radio.
Dara Altman, who worked for XM prior to the merger, was named executive vice president and chief administrative officer.
The other executives are from Sirius: Patrick Donnelly, executive vice president and general counsel; David Frear, executive vice president and chief financial officer; Scott Greenstein, president, entertainment and sports; and James Meyer, president, operations and sales.
The executive moves were detailed in a memo sent to employees.
