sonicview 360 elite

My friend has a sonicview 360 elite, i hooked it up to private server at my house and works great, she took it home and hooked it up and doesnt work but her cnx does work. Does anybody know why the sonicview wouldnt work in her house? Any info would be great, thank you

is it the same Server as you have or different provider.........?

do you have two receivers on that subscription if so you need to have two different log in passwords for two addresses if both receivers are not in same house ...just a thought had that problem once

it is the same server as ours and it was a 24 hour free trial so it should work in anybodys home, i believe

just try a hard reboot and it should work i would think then ..or maybe it free for the first ip address & then it kicked out of system when ip changed only guessing ...good luck

That is true it not going to work if the IP is different ..you should of set it up at your home from the beginning now the Free trial is Expired once it gets moved to a new loc...we have here a few sponsors that have there adds here with us on the forum before you log in you will need to get a new service or get the 24 free pass at your home....

I had a 24 hour trial before and i took it to her house and it didnt work so i took it to my other friends house and it worked, so the ip thing in the same house isnt true, because it worked in the other house.

did you try to put the ip in it manualy that seen to work for me sometimes
