What the Heck.!!!!
2010 was not a good year for most of the people of the world. Thank God it is history now. With all the floods, earthquakes, volcano eruptions, tidal waves, wars, snow and the economy in shreds, it will probably go down as one of the worse years ever.
What a great year 2011 is going to be. I think it will go down in history as the beginning of a new era. Phones are getting smarter everyday. I think most of them are smarter than I am now..I remember reading Dick Tracy comic strips and thinking his watch phone was the coolest thing ever, and really never thought it would be possible or I would see it in my lifetime. Texting is exploding, but I hope that trend ends soon. It takes away from personal contact and we as people need to keep human contact with each other. Computers are getting smaller, the I-Pads and E-Pads are the hottest things out now. I remember when the game Pong came out, I had to have one because I thought that was the greatest electronic game ever. Little did I or anyone else know that the games of today would be millions of light years ahead of them. The new smart homes are becoming a thing of now, not of the future.
It is good to see an American company lead the way to new technology again! The Chevrolet volt, an electric and gas car (not a hybrid) I think will pave the way for a whole new generation of cars. Within 4 to 5 years most people will want that type of car, which will make us free from the clutches of the Oil Barons. Prices should go way down for gas, because the supply will be much greater than the demand and the Arabs will go back to sheep herding. The economy will make an upswing this year and this will be the start of another era of jobs for the jobless.
Of course, these are just my thoughts and opinions. I am older and wiser than most thirty years olds ( trust me I am) and I don’t know everything like some think they do. But I do know that 2011 will be the beginning
