XFX has x2 lifetime warranty but it is made with less soldering and is cheap and cruddy. HIS is a decent card with not the best but no the worst parts there is. Sapphire is made with high quality parts and sometimes with custom coolers. Diamond cost way too much for too little quality, inbetween XFX and HIS.
