[Help!] On and off

My coolsat 7000 recently started showing scrambled channel intermittently, i have restarted and updated to 2.17 and still not working. i am thinking of flashing to factory and then to 2.17. would this be a bad idea?

I have come to the following conclusion about the coolsat
1. d!sh is working on all but coolsat.


My Coolsat 7000 will show scrambled channel for about 3 minutes then it will start working for another 3, then repeat. I have reset the receiver to factory default then flashed to the factory bin, Then to the latest 2.17(as of this post). This has been going on for several months.

I would like to know if any one else is having the same problem that I am, because my friend has a sonicview 4000 and it has been up for the last 2 months with no problem.

sonicview has not gone down for a while some receivers have not received fixes since January they have good support right now but like everything some day others receivers have good fixes .....there are a few old coolsat files working have you tried bin 1.74

fi you try it it will take a while maybe like 20 minutes or less ...and leave it on channel 200 for about that time .......

I reverted to that bin, left it on channel 200 all night and nothing. do you have any other bin suggestions?
