External error occured

While uploading the newest version of cs7000 using a USB cable I received an error on the loader "EXTERNAL ERROR OCCURED. I just uploaded my 5000 and 6000 using the same cable with no errors. Kathyg

probably wrong version or type of file?? :dull:

cs7000 does not red usb and dont show up the files in the usb memory some body can help please.

load it with the streight cable.............using the loader..2.4
