Coolsat 5000

this unit will not reconize me send the new file (coolsat5000-rq-100.stb) to it using the
CS_Legacy_Loader_4K_5K_6K is there maybe some trick that I need to know about on how to do this? So far I have been trying everything that I know of, I am using a straight 9pin male cable up to the null cable then the null cable is attached into the reciever. the com port is setup right for the loader etc.

When you connect to the receiver does it show the current file you have now? Also you need to unzip the file before sending it to your loader.
