Michael psychiatrist will inform him he is getting his own television show and wants to share Michael's life story nationally.
This will get Michael angry and the psychiatrist will flee. You can let him go, but its much more satisfying to kill him.
If you don't kill him right away, you'll need to pursue him, so try to do it quick.
Dr. Friedlander will drop about $2000 once killed, be sure and collect it.
