auto roll can some body shed some light on the subject?

i just used 229 still having problems with simullar post from others on this site i heard 104 is an auto roll what is it how do i get it? do i already have it. i was under the impression it rolled to find new bins so downloading would not be nessicarry. i might have some misfortunite facts so what does one do?:eek:

help please?
