I want to put photoshop on my netbook, which doesn't have a CD rom. I wanted to put the installer on my external hard drive but there a several installers on the disk. Which one do I transfer to the hard drive so I can install it on my netbook?
Make an .iso (disc image) file from the original disc and save it on your external hard drive. Mount the drive with your netbook and then mount the .iso file using Daemon Tools. This will make your netbook think that you have mounted the CD or DVD so you can install the program without worrying about which installer to copy.
