Globalstar said that Renewable Energy Systems Americas, a company engaged in the development and construction of renewable wind energy projects, signed an agreement to transmit wind measurement and other remote monitoring data from wind farm locations to a back office using its satellite network --- Israel-based Orbit said it won Anatel type approval for its OrSat Ku-Band maritime stabilized antenna system. The antenna system has both Intelsat and Eutelsat type approvals --- Detroit-based online electronics retailer Solid Signal has launched what it calls the converter box comparison matrix. The online matrix is designed to provide information on converter boxes and their attributes.
