need help with choosing the right video card?

I need a new video card that has dual DVI. i dont do any gaming at all, and i will most likely get a blu-ray dvd burner, but not until the blank media comes down in price.as far as price goes, i'd like to keep it under 100. any suggestions will be much appreciated, thanks.
