channal lost

somebody help please ! i am new here for satellite,have vs 2000 ultra, dn
have asia english channel ,but lost the english channel,and try to fix it

ut i did something wrong and lost all channel,and now turn on the tv screen

do a factory reset and set up your system again
go to instalation and set up dish then rescan channels and all should be ok
