A man was charged with impaired driving causing bodily harm following a two car collision in St. John's Friday night.
A spokesperson for the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary said the accident occurred shortly after 8 p.m. in the Goulds area of the city.
Two people were taken to hospital with what were believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
The accused was released and will appear in court at a later date.
