Telesat Reports 2Q, Prepares for Nimiq Launch
Canadian satellite operator Telesat Holdings said second quarter revenues were $170 million ($158.9 million U.S.) and EBITDA was $104 million ($97.26 million).
The company said net profit for the period was $12 million ($11.22 million).
As for operations, Telesat said it expects the launch of its Nimiq 4 satellite on a Proton launch vehicle to take place late in the third quarter, subject to the successful completion of the next Proton launch mission.
