Turn Ultra off in rear, disconnect WF power cable, disconnect phone type wire. Turn on Ultra in rear, connect phone type wire, connect power cable. Mine came back within three minutes................

I'm having issues with my receiver ihub svlan conversion, all has been installed per instructions serial number etc. but once i get done with channel scan i confirm ip address, serial match etc. i get on every station "no service channel scrambled" Any guidance would be appreciated

i had svlan in ihub , also i check is 4.8 is a lan now . i installed sv800hd -svlanhd11, i reboot , i reset the ip. and i trying to conect public what else that i need to do it. thanks.

I am having trouble loading the Svlan_43 files from Wiznet. I am using wiznet 3.0.1. I have already loaded the svlan usb wiznet file in the stb and bin 514. When I try to load the 43 file, wiznet keeps saying unable to upload. What is going on. HD8000hd stb.
