A third teen has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a 16-year-old boy in North York last week.
The 17-year-old boy was arrested Tuesday, police said in a release, one day after another 17-year-old and a 16-year-old were arrested.
All three have been charged with murder in the killing of Tyrone Bracken, who was shot last Wednesday near Bathurst Street and Highway 401.
Police found Bracken lying in the west stairwell of 135 Neptune Dr., a community housing building, at about 4 p.m. He died at the scene.
None of the three charged can be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
