AMC-21 Attracting Customers

SES AMERICOM said capacity aboard its recently launched AMC-21 satellite is rapidly filling up, with 16 transponders aboard the spacecraft under contract.
The high-powered satellite, serving the United States, Mexico, Southern Canada and the Caribbean, has customers such as PBS, U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps (through Arrowhead), U.S. Northern Command (through ARTEL) and maritime broadband users. In addition, occasional use capacity aboard the satellite was booked to support the major networks' coverage of the U.S. election, SES AMERICOM said.
AMC-21 is located at 125 degrees.
