Toronto police are investigating after finding a body at a townhouse complex in the city's Regent Park neighbourhood.
Police said officers were driving by 124 River Street near Dundas Street East when they were flagged by someone who appeared to be in distress.
That person alerted officers to an 18-year-old man lying prone on the ground. Police say he had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police did not release any further details.
