BSkyB to Challenge ITV Decision? And SES Channel Launch

U.K. press reports said British Sky Broadcasting may likely challenge a decision that it must divest part of its current 17.9 percent stake in commercial broadcaster ITV. BSkyB, the U.K./Irish satellite TV company controlled by News Corp., has been ordered to reduce its ITV investment to at least 7.5 percent --- em24, a digital business and lifestyle channel, is broadcasting on the SES ASTRA satellite system. The German-language programmer is available free-to-air from ASTRA's 19.2 degrees East orbital position.
