[Confused!] Can't change TP FREQ on ECHOSTAR 5 (ceil2)

I just did a factory default. Redid my settings.Installed latest update as well as the CEIL 2 SAT file. I was not able to put Echostar 5 on TP FREQ 12399. It is stuck on 12224. I was able to change Echostar 7 with no problem. Therefor I have no local HD, ESPN2 HD,ESPN NES HD, ETC...

Im having the same problem. this really sucks ass i have no hd channels and before i switch to ciel it was ok now its all gone NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Once I got skewed right it was OK...The issue now is I have more channels but still dont have ESPN2 HD or ESPNNEWS HD? I dont get It!
